Main Responsibilities
- Carry out systems engineering for the various DDC projects and other technology as required
- Analyse the operation sequences
- Develop control diagrams
- Design plans and specifications
- Review controller diagrams, once approved by customers
- Maximize the engineering of the project before execution and propose improvements
- Support the team in the estimation of complex projects
- Make the drawings for complex projects
- Prepare the technical documentations for customers: plan, sketches, technical grids, etc.
- Provide technical support to customers, if needed
- Keep up to date in learning about new products and technology
- Attend training sessions given by suppliers and participate in industry meetings, seminars and trade shows
Requirements
- College Diploma in Building Systems, Automation, Robotics or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in building systems, an asset
- 7 to 10 years’ experience in HVAC\Controls field
- Good knowledge of Visio and design software
- Bilingual, an asset
