Main Responsibilities
- Analyse the operation sequences
- Develop control diagrams
- Program and test DDC controllers
- Resolve problems related to programming, start-up, and others
- Provide technical support to customers as required, including troubleshooting, specifications, start-up, remote connection, and service calls
- Perform data collection at the customer’s premises
- Assist customers with their start-up phase
- Conduct inspections of installed systems and suggest optimization
- Work with the Team Leader on projects for other locations
- Participate in company training and Trade Shows, if required
- Keep up to date in learning about new products and technology
Requirements
- College Degree in Building Systems, Automation, Robotics, programming or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of pertinent experience
- Knowledge of Tridium, Johnson, Honeywell Webs, Strato or Delta platforms an asset
