Main Responsabilities

• Program PLCs and HMIs typically used in industrial controls systems
• Perform estimates for combustion projects
• Responsible for the electrical design of combustion projects, including technical drawings
• Assemble and fit gas trains in the workshop
• Perform electrical sequence tests on control panels for gas trains
• Prepare technical documentation for clients when required
• Provide technical support to clients when needed
• Assist and support Internal Technical Sales Representative with quotes for material
• Participate in processing quotes and orders in the system when required
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction after project delivery
• Manage large-scale projects
• Stay up to date with knowledge pertaining to new products and technologies
• Attend training sessions given by suppliers and participate in industry meetings, seminars and trade shows

Requirements

• DEC in Industrial Electronics or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of the Electrical Code (C22.2 No.10 and C22.2 No.286) and the Gas Code B149.3
• Knowledge of PLC and HMI programming software (Allen-Bradley, Loytec, etc.)
• Bilingual
• Good knowledge of common office software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
