Main Responsabilities
- Implement a proactive approach to Project Management
- Plan project milestones with internal services
- Act as a liaison with External Sales Representatives to review the projects
- Ensure that priorities are correctly transmitted to Project Coordination
- Support External Sales Representatives with changes that occur during project execution
- Implement a communication strategy for ‘Top 20 clients’
- Ensure that all necessary project-related information from clients is available
- Ensure the monitoring of results (ROI, gap analysis, quality standards)
- Collaborate with the Finance team for activity-based billing
- Preside over various meetings (kick-off, follow up, post-mortem)
- Participate in site visits when required
- Stay up to date with knowledge regarding new products and technologies
- Attend training sessions given by suppliers and participate in industry meetings, seminars and trade shows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operational Engineering, Project Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Work experience with a Mechanical or Controls entrepreneur an asset
- Good knowledge of current office software (Word, Excel, Sales Force, Teams, etc.)
