Main Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical components inside a control panel
- Analyze workshop drawings and electrical schematics
- Manufacture control panels (drilling, assembling, wiring, etc.)
- Perform wiring according to industry standards (CSA and cCSAus)
- Assemble control panels according to workshop drawing specifications
- Install the control system for final setup (electrical schematics inside the control box)
- Perform quality control on products prior to final quality testing
- Apply workplace health and safety rules
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workshop area
- Perform any other related tasks
- Stay up to date with knowledge regarding new products and technologies
- Participate in training (internal/suppliers)
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Experience in assembling electrical panels is an asset
- Ability to read electrical plans is an asset
- Good manual dexterity (tool usage)
- Good physical condition
- Knowledge of common office software (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
