Technical advisor customer service
Job Description :
Your job will involve processing customer information requests,
processing their orders, advising and assisting them in their choice of
HVACR control equipment. You'll also follow up on customer orders and
insure that they're satisfied.
Qualifications :
You have initiative and determination. You're a go getter and want to
join a fast pace,dynamic compagny where the sky is the limit to your career
advancement. You'll have to be able to work as part of a team, be fluent in
French & English, have a college degree (DEC) in building mecanics, in
electrical engineering, in instrumentation, or have relevant experience in
HVACR building services.
Additional assets :
Experience in HVACR controls, knowledge of building automation systems
(DDC) and in computers. Experience in building related wholesale.

Job description :
Under
the responsability of the sales manager, your task consists in developing
and maintaining relationships with potential and existing Pro Kontrol
customers.
Qualifications :
You
are responsible and autonomous. You are people oriented, eager,
motivated and want to make a career within a constantly growing company
which is dynamic and in which there's no limit to your advancement. You'll
have to be able to work as part of a team, be fluent in French &
English, have a college degree (DEC) in building services or a baccalauréat
in building services engineering.
