The company was founded in 1985 with three (3) goals in mind:

TO OFFER the HVAC/R market a new counseling approach to selling control products
at the wholesale level. In order to accomplish this trend setting goal,
Pro Kontrol made
a commitment to employ only experienced, qualified controls professionals who can
analyze the customer’s specifications or controls requirements thereby selecting
the perfect products to do the job effectively
and efficiently. |

TO EXPAND to other markets outside Quebec to eventually have
a Canada wide presence.
1987 - acquired Monclair Radio & Refrigeration Supplies
1991 - acquired The Vanicon Company
1998 - acquired Servec Inc., Quebec City
In 2002, the National Expansion Program officially became reality with the grand opening
of Pro Kontrol Markham, near Toronto, Ontario. |
